Service line chart differs from desktop line chart

Hi,

I am relatively new to Power BI and hope someone out there can help me.

I have created a line chart which uses a running total measure to sum up some weight data. The line chart works as intended on Power BI desktop, but when the dashboard is uploaded to powerbi.com, the graph no longer sums up the data points, but instead seems to plot them without calculating the running total. Have any of you experienced something similar before?

    When you encounter discrepancies between Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (powerbi.com) visuals, it often relates to how data is processed or how DAX measures are calculated within the two environments. Here are some steps and considerations that might help resolve the issue with your running total measure not behaving as expected in the Power BI Service:

    1. Check the Data Model and Relationships

    • Ensure that the data model and relationships between tables (if your running total calculation spans multiple tables) are correctly set up and are the same in both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

    2.Visual Interaction and Filters

    • Examine any visual interactions or filters that might be applied differently in Power BI Service. Sometimes, slicers or page-level filters might not be configured identically between Desktop and Service after upload.

    3. Browser Cache or Power BI Service Issue

    • Clear your browser cache or try viewing the dashboard in an incognito window or a different browser to rule out any client-side caching issues.
    • Sometimes, features or functionalities may roll out differently across regions or updates in Power BI Service. Check the Power BI support forums or the official documentation for any known issues.

    4. Re-publish or Refresh Data
