Service asking for Sharepoint credentials on dataset refresh, no errors when refreshing in Desktop
I'm getting this error on one of our datasets when I'm trying to refresh it via the service:
I have read/write access to the Sharepoint group and the file I'm pointing to. When I'm refreshing the file from Desktop, the refresh goes off without problems. Also, the screenshot above explicitly says that "admin has granted access, credentials are not required" - why am I then being asked to update my credentials?

Hi Anonymous No changes have been made to the gateway. All of our dashboards/datasets apart from this specific one is having this issue. The other datasources in this dataset are working fine.

Hi,
Can you clear the permission in the datasource settings and add the credentials again and publish the report.
Thanks,
Shanthakumar.

Hi olimilo ,
If this is the first time you are going to refresh the data online, you will need to hit on "edit credentials", since the ones stored in your pbix files wont have effect on power bi online.
And you could read the following article:

Hi Lucien, there's no Edit Credentials button/link as you can see in the screenshot.
