Hi,
We are working on Power BI migration from tenant A to tenant B.
Downloading all reports, paginated reports from tenant A.
Uploading all the reports in tenant B.
Apps or Service principal should i be aware of anything.
In tenant A, they have created few Apps.. (attached screenshot) Should we create the same in Tenant B.
Thanks

Apps and Workspaces: If there are apps created in Tenant A, you will need to recreate these apps in Tenant B. This involves not only uploading the reports but also configuring the apps and workspaces in the same way they were set up in Tenant A. This includes permissions, settings, and any customizations.
Service Principals: If Tenant A uses service principals for automation or integration purposes, you will need to set up equivalent service principals in Tenant B. Ensure that these service principals have the necessary permissions to access and manage the reports and datasets.
Data Sources and Gateways: Verify that the data sources and gateways used in Tenant A are available and properly configured in Tenant B. You may need to reconfigure data source connections and ensure that any on-premises data gateways are set up correctly.
Permissions and Access: Ensure that user permissions and access levels are replicated in Tenant B. This includes assigning the correct roles and permissions to users and groups for the reports, datasets, and workspaces.
Embedded Content: If there are any embedded Power BI reports or dashboards, ensure that the embedding configurations are updated to reflect the new tenant's settings and URLs.
Testing: After migration, thoroughly test all reports, dashboards, and apps to ensure they function as expected in the new tenant. This includes verifying data refreshes, visualizations, and user access.
