Service - Paginated reports error Session Expired
- 1 year ago
HI raima ,
As you stated, an "inactive" browser will timeout after 10 minutes.
I found a couple potential workarounds taht you can try.1. The least likely one in my mind - change the browser settings timeout. That may not do much though as it is the data, not the browser that is going inactive.
2. Another one that is worth a try is to go to your Power Platform Admin center, go to the Privacy and Security area and then modify Session Expiration and Inactivity Timeout. That might work.
3. In the report itself, you could set up Automatic Page Refresh. While that might work to keep the report "active" this might not be a great solution if the report takes a while to render.

Hi collinq
Thank you, I will take a look at the workarounds provided. This may take a couple of days because our Admin is currently quite busy.

Hi collinq,
I have taken a look at your points. Options 1 and 3 are no option for us.
Regarding point 2, my admin changed the "Idle session timeout" setting in the Microsoft 365 admin center - unfortunately the behaviour did not change.
We will just work with this - it will not break anything it is just a bit annoying.
Many Thanks for your help!
