Solved: Service Outage this AM?

We are seeing issues across all our web reports this morning (all DQ) where tiles aren't displaying. Desktop PBI seems to be working fine.

Issue is now resolved.

We have had some comments in some of our queries since the beginning - and it was working properly up until last Friday morning, and then the comments started causing problems. MSFT support identified the issue, and the comments were removed, which resolved the issue. That said, it was working just fine until something changed outside our reports Friday AM.

Reports were working as of yesterday 7pm. This morning we are getting the following error on multiple vis/tables/slicers on multiple reports:

We are eastern seaboard US, from NYC to GA.

Do you still have this issue now?

There could be number of reasons for the error above. And here is a similar thread which could help you troubleshoot this issue in your scenario.
