I still get error page.. Our IT admins are helpless 😤.. what should I do.. Should I again force them to open a case as DonalMC did ??
I would say there is no harm in opening a case - MS can always tell you to go away!
But if you can access Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com) - maybe just log it yourself.
I still have access issues.. getting following error.
https://app.powerbi.com/ErrorPage?code=403&errorType=AppMetadataInaccessible
Is it the same issue you mention ? I'm from Turkey.. Maybe it will take some time ?
That is the error I was getting this morning.
I logged a case in the Power Platform Admin centre
Is your issue fixed after opening case from the link you provided?
I also insist on our admins to open case but they insist on it may be from Licence 😶. We use free licence version but I was able to use until yesterday..
I believe it is not related to licence. So I will insist on opening case from our admins..
I'm not sure how you were able to use the service without a PBI Pro license.
As far as I know, you have to have a license to get the error!
I've been accessing Power BI Web over two years with my free licence under my organization's account, until yesterday.
Yeah, I just checked and it seems you can publish to you My Workspace for free.
Power BI licensing for users in your organization - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
I would wait to see if it comes back up, as I would think you can't open a case if you are not paying!
