Service Does Not Recognize User

Hello,

I have a user that has access to our workspace and has been using our reporting for several weeks.  Each time the user tries to open one of those reports for the first time that day, they receive the below message.  It seems the service does not recognize that user as having visited the workspace or opening that report before.  After the user completes the verification process they are able to navigate away from the workspace and return later in that same day without having to enter the credentials again.  Has anyone had this issue come up before?  If so, can you offer any solution?

This commonly happen if you clear the history(cache) of the browser daily or often. Once cleared, the browser will not remember the credential authentication that has happened before, and you need to re-authenticate from scratch.

Thank you!  I will relay this feedback to the user.
