Sending email with a report attached

Hello Experts,

I am very new to PowerBi and it's a feature and I like to know if PowerBi is a tool to do the following.  

I created a report that gives me a lot of data with contact information of individuals that need this information.  What I like to do is:

1 - Filter this report to one of the contact

2 - Attached the filtered report to an email and send it to the person in the filter and cc others on that exist in different columns of the filtered report

Subscription could share your report link to users with email and you could use RLS to limit the content user will see.

As for the second requirement you want, I don't think there is a way to do it in Power BI.

Subscriptions do not have a data driven ability yet. The list of recipients is static (or controllable through groups to add\remove users).
