SendGrid failing during import through content pack

Has anyone had an issue trying to connect SendGrid into Power BI? I choose SendGrid from the content pack, input my credentials then wait for SendGrid to load. After about 30 seconds

I receive a "we couldn't import data from Send Grid"

I have reached out to SendGrid and they do not know what the issue is. I am hoping someone has (unfortunately) faced this issue in the past and has a work around.

Any updates on this issue? I am also getting the same error message.  The smiley face is now a "How likely are you to recommend to a friend" option.
