How can I configure that Power BI sends an email to an App owner (or a custom email address) once a user requests access to an app?
In the App settings, I've only found two possibilities: the default (I as a app or workspace owner would have to check the workspace myself and scan for any access requests manually) or replying with a custom message (in which one would just tell the user that they will have to notify someone manually).
In the documentation to access requests for a report, it is stated that
If you're a report owner, you might receive an email from Microsoft Power BI saying that someone has requested access to your report.
You might receive an email? Apparently, our app owner doesn't receive this kind of emails.
What I would expect is that as an app or workspace owner, I am able to customize
How do I do this?
Thanks for your help!
Hi @rfritz ,
You can check if the notification email is filtered into spam.
Regarding customization, you can of course customize the content of the email, see the following link for details:

Thanks for your answer! However, that's not quite what I wanted:
In our case, the App owner has a technical role; they don't know the persons requesting access.
