Hi everybody,
I've seen a number of videos/articles where you build a table with Power BI and then using Power Automante you can send an email with the table directly on the email body (not as an attachment).
However, in all of them the Grand Total row is missing, looks like it only iterates through data rows. In my case, it is mandatory that the table includes grand total at the bottom.
I could even try to do it using Excel + Power Automate, but as far as I know, I will still have the same problem with the grand total.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thank you so much!
Hi @AndreaLorenzo ,
Is your Grand Total row calculated by Power BI? Or it is the original data without any calculation?
You can refer the documentation below to resend the email:
Power Automate Fundamentals # 37: Send Emails from... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Or you can also export the report:
Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Hope this helps you.

Hi @v-yinliw-msft ,
The Grand Total is either calculated via Power BI or I can make a SSRS excel report and save it to OneDrive, including the total as well.
The first link you've posted still has the problem of not including the grand total. and as for the second link, it is mandatory that the table is in the email body, not as an attachment.
So no luck yet finding the solution.
Thank you anyway for sharing your thoughts with me!
