I'd like to remove some tables from a Dataset. But, I'm not sure if anyone is utilizing those tables via a Live Connection.
Here's a list of workspaces that are utilizing the dataset. There's all those personal workspaces down there, and I don't know who they belong to.
Is there a way to email everyone utilizing a dataset? I though there was something in the UI for that, but maybe I'm imagining it.
I do have the Power BI Admin role.

Not via the UI. You could access that info from the Office 365 audit logs if Power BI auditing is turned on. That will tell you who is accessing it, thne you can create a email list from that.
Not sure I'd worry too much about those that are moving reports to their personal workspace. That is a notioriously bad practice, and this is one of the reasons why, of dozens.
At some point you may decide to just remove the tables then see who complains.
