Send email notification to user from Power BI dashboard

We have Power BI dashboard where data coming from external source. We have four coulmns with name "Product", "Server Name", "User name" and "Time running". Based on "Time running", email notification need to send to User's. For example whenever time interval comes 10hours (or) more, email need to send user, who assosticated with "User name". 

Means 

Product Name	Server name	User name	Time running
Extrical	App server	xyz	10:12:12 AM
Software	Test server	murali.babu	09:10:45 AM

So Whenever Time snap above 10hours, daily email notification need to send "xyz" user, saying as "Your server was running high past 10hrs". We need power automation flow for sending email notifications to users. Can anyone please suggest how to achive this request

Note: User name column is "Single line text".

Create a Card in the Report having the number of hours (last few hours kind of) and add that into the Dashboard.

in the Dashboard on the Card click on Elipse (...) and set the alert and that should send the email based on the condition you set! Let me know if any issues in that!
