Hi All,
Do you happen to know if we can create a service account to use in the power platform linked to a shared mailbox email? I am trying to figure out a way to send an email from a shared mailbox using Power Automate that is connected to a PBI dataset and have it “Send As” the shared mailbox and now “Sent on behalf of”. I am wondering if this may be a possible solution now that they have eliminated passwords for shared mailboxes.
Thanks in advance.

HI @Anonymous ,
The answer is that you can - but you probably need to ask the "how" of that in the Power Automate forums though. If you are just using Power BI itself, there is no way to have a "send from" email address. You can always look and see if there is an idea for that and vote for it though!

Hi @Anonymous,
I haven't seen it before, but there is now a Power Automate "Send an email from shared mailbxox" option.
Thanks for the suggestion.
