Hi All,
Hope this message finds you well.
That report is in Power BI report.
I need to send dynamic email to Sales Email, and cc PIC email for list of PO number that will expire in several category (<1week, <1Month, <2Month, <3Month) and several condition (Daily, weekly, monthly).
Example:
1. for PO numbers that will expire <1week, email will send every day (daily) to related Sales Email & PIC Email.
2. for PO numbers that will expire <1Month, email will send every monday (weekly) to related Sales Email & PIC Email.
3. for PO numbers that will expire <2Month & <Month, email will send every 1st of month (Monthly) to related Sales Email & PIC Email.
I know that on power BI subscription is only can send email individually, cannot send multiple "to" & "cc" in one email.
And I have no idea if that can be performed by Power Automate or other apps.
Kindly need your suggestion and information for this case.
Thank You.

you can leverage power bi dynamic subscripitions feature, I think for your requirement you need to create one dynamic subscription for each frequency (Weekly, monthly, daily etc)
Please be informed, you cannot put anyone in CC with power bi subscriptions, if that is a key requirement then you need to use power automate flow.

Hi @indraazzikra ,
You can use power automate flows.
Take a blank table visual in your report and keep all your columns and apply a filter on that visual category=<week and use performance analyser to capture the m-query.(You need to do the similar thing for remaining 2 requirements). Take a scheduled cloud flow and take run a query against a dataset and paste the copied dax query and phrase json and in the next step you can pass your values as parameters.Next you can continue with the below articles.

Distribute Power BI Report Visuals through Email Body using Power Automate
I hope it will be helpful.
Thanks,
