Send Power BI Report in PDF or PPT format in Email Automatically in power bi pro

Hi. I don't think there is an automatic way to do it. You can export manually from desktop or edit from service the report in order to export, but that's manual. I think the only close operation would be subscribing emails to the report. That will show a picture and a link to the repo. That's the closest way.

Exporting PDF automatically is something that only dedicated capacities support. You can read more about his limitations here:
