Semantic model as Datasource and pipelines
- 1 year ago
Hi trin ,
As mentioned Thomaslleblanc , when a semantic model like SM3 is deployed via a pipeline, it stays linked to the original semantic models (SM1 and SM2) from the source workspace unless you specifically update it. Power BI does not automatically update these semantic model references when moving between environments.
To make sure SM3 is linked to the right semantic models in Test or Prod, you will need to manually rebind it.
Thanks for your quick response Thomaslleblanc .
