Semantic Model update

I am new to Power Bi. Is there a way to update the semantic Model dynamically.

Yes, updating a Semantic Model dynamically in Power BI depends on how your data is connected. If your Semantic Model is based on DirectQuery, it updates automatically whenever a query is made. However, for Import Mode, you need to set up Scheduled Refresh in the Power BI Service.
For real-time updates, you can use Power BI REST API to trigger dataset refreshes programmatically. If you're working with a composite model, you can leverage Hybrid Tables to combine DirectQuery and Import Mode, ensuring that some parts of the model stay live while others refresh periodically.
If you need advanced automation, integrating Power Automate with Power BI can help schedule updates dynamically based on data changes. For large-scale models, incremental refresh improves performance by updating only changed data instead of reloading the entire dataset.
