Semantic Model not properly refreshing
I have an existing table in my Lakehouse, and the table is also in the default semantic model. In Excel, I created a chart using Data > Data from Power BI, and selecting my table from the Lakehouse. ...

To future visitors, the fix was to either
- go to the semantic model (Lakehouse > SQL Analytics Endpoint > Default semantic model settings > turn on Sync the default model. The model will update when you add more rows of data to your tables
- or create a new custom semantic model with your desired tables. It will auto update

We also experience intermittent refresh issues when connecting to the semantic model via Excel.
This happens in both, Excel in the browser and Excel client which are all up to date.
Is this a know Excel limitation because most analysts still use Excel and pivot tables?
