Semantic Model Rebinding Issue: Reports in Workspace B Still Linked to Workspace A

I have six reports that all use the same semantic model. I’m taking copies of these reports from Workspace A and publishing them into Workspace B. To do this, I download each .pbix file individually ...

    Hi RuchiK, 

     

    I believe you will need to relink the reports to the new semantic model in B. 

     

    After the semantic model in B is created, open each of the pbix files in power bi desktop, then click on OneLake catalog in the Home menu: 

     

    From here you should be able to select the new semantic model in workspace B, and everything will re-map inside this report. 

     

    Do this with all the reports for workspace B and you should be set.
