Hi, Anonymous, I opened a ticket with Microsoft. After initially telling me that this didn't look right they came back a couple of weeks later and said "Nope, this is normal, refresh in the service takes longer and there is nothing you can do about it other than maybe upgrading your tier". So that's that. You can mark this as the solution if you'd like.
