Self-serve workflow functionality in Content Packs that isn't available in Apps
Currently my organization has deployed Power BI Service to our end users as a self-serve solution via Content Packs. I develope template reports with a data model and deploy that out to the Power BI...

It didn't solve the problem.
Microsoft needs to incorporate the same functionality they have provided in Content Packs into Apps. Without adding the ability for an end user to make a copy of a dataset/report in Apps to create their own reports from, it's not resolved.
I'm very confused as to why they are headed this direction.
