See content created by other users

I am a PowerBi service administrator for my organization. We have a handful of users with PowerBI Pro licenses who have been creating their own workspaces, data sets, and reports. I am not a member of many of these workspaces, but I can see that they exist by going to settings - admin portal - workspaces.

However, that view just lets me see a list of workspaces, and a list of the objects in each workspace if I click on the details button for a workspace.

Is there a way for me, as a service administrator user, to see and interact with the workspaces and the content in them? Is there a way I can add myself to a workspace?

    Hi Anonymous

It's not able to add yourself as member in other's workspace unless the workspace admin deal with it by their own.

Is there no way to have a global admin account, which is able to see all content regardless of who created it?

        Hi Anonymous

Even if you have the global admin, you can only manage the permission of users, but can't see their content in workspace.

There's a workaround to add yourself in all the workspaces as admin by powershell script, but you'll need to ask the powershell team for help:
