Second level hierarchy in matrix doesn't work

Community ChampionBookmark is another feature which will let you save the drill down status in Power BI Desktop, then apply it in the Power BI service:

I hadn't used the bookmark.
This is weird because other persons use the same report/visual that I published and the hierarchies work.
