Second level hierarchy in matrix doesn't work

Community ChampionThis is weird and looks like an outright bug. I use hierarchies all the time and never ran into this behavior. Even the bookmark doesn't work?
Is the bookmark the drilldown icon?
Neither the drilldown icon nor the "+" or "-" sign works.

Bookmark is another feature which will let you save the drill down status in Power BI Desktop, then apply it in the Power BI service:

I hadn't used the bookmark.
This is weird because other persons use the same report/visual that I published and the hierarchies work.
