Second level hierarchy in matrix doesn't work

I use visual matrix to demonstrate information of work items (from Azure Devops). Data is displayed in 3 hierarchies in Power BI Desktop but in the Power BI app only 2 hierarchies are presented. I do...

    Looks like you need to click on the Expand button to get to the deepest level of your hierarchy, like you have it in Power BI Desktop:

      I have done that and the problem persists. I also have tried enabling drill down and it didn't work either.

        You need to click again on Expand until the Expand icon is greyed out (no longer clickable). In your screenshot the Drill Up icon is greyed out, showing that you haven't drilled down through your hierarchy.

         

        You can also save the drilled and expanded state in Power BI Desktop in a bookmark, then apply that bookmark in the service.
