Second level hierarchy in matrix doesn't work

I use visual matrix to demonstrate information of work items (from Azure Devops). Data is displayed in 3 hierarchies in Power BI Desktop but in the Power BI app only 2 hierarchies are presented. I do...

      Looks like you need to click on the Expand button to get to the deepest level of your hierarchy, like you have it in Power BI Desktop:

        I have done that and the problem persists. I also have tried enabling drill down and it didn't work either.
