I am facing weird issue with slicers with hierarchy. I have a hierarchy for Year and Month. Whenever I manually click on the expand button and select a month it is working fine. But If I search for a month say Feburary it is not automatically showing me the expanded version of February, its showing each year instead and have to manually open up each Year to see February.
This is what I get when I search for Feb:
This happens after I open each year:
I expect it to automatically open each year when I search Feb, not have to manually open it.
Anyone else facing this issue and Is this a bug or expected behavior?

Hi Everyone,
Is there any solutions for this for users using Power BI Service?

@v-xiaotang thanks for the tip. Guess I have to train my users to do this extra step. I am leaning towards opening up the selections on default.
