Scorecard refresh rate won't change

Hi,

I'm trying to change the below from monthly to weekly but for some reason, when I click 'Track' to change it to weekly, it reverts back to monthly. Any solutions for this? Thanks!

Because of the cache, even if the data in the dataset is successfully refreshed, the latest data is still not immediately reflected in the report.

The latest data will be displayed only when the visual is interacted or the cache is cleared. So you need to refresh the browser page or refresh visuals after the dataset is refreshed to clear the cache and load the latest data.
