Scorecard not outputting custom status

Hi all

I have scorecards set up with custom statuses, for example I have changed 'Overdue' to 'Unstable'. When I create an automate flow to alert my teams channels that the goal status has changed it doesn't reflect the custom status, instead using the default status 'Overdue'. Is there anyway I can get this to show the custom status?

Based on your issue description, you have set up a teams channel that using the Power Automate flow to automatically reflect the status of your customization and show it in teams channel, if convenient, would you like to make sure the Power Automate flow's trigger history and make sure it's the latest, and go to the Power BI portal to check if the scorecard status is the correct status value you set?

If Power BI portal showing the correct status, you may need to go to the Power Automate flow's trigger history to check and troubleshoot the flow, if Power BI portal showing the wrong status, please further refer to these two official documentations to check if you have correctly followed up all the steps and correctly set up:
