Visuals which report numbers, such as KPI, card, or Card (new), use similar but slightly different methods for changing numbers above 999 from something like 1.0K to 1000.
If you're using Card, then:
- Select the Card visual
- Click on 'Format your visual', which is a column chart with a paintbrush in front of it, from the 'Visualizations' pane
- Click on 'Callout value' under the 'Visual' tab
- Change 'Display units' to 'None'
If you're using Card (new), which has an icon like the original Card but with a lightning bolt on the left side, then:
- Select the Card (new) visual
- Click on 'Format your visual', which is a column chart with a paintbrush in front of it, from the Visualizations pane
- Click on 'Callout'
- Under 'Apply settings to', set 'Cards' to the Care (new) visual you are working with
- Click on 'Value'
- Change 'Display units' to 'None'
If you're using KPI, then:
- Select the KPI visual
- Click on 'Format your visual', which is a column chart with a paintbrush in front of it, from the 'Visualizations' pane
- Click on 'Callout value' under the 'Visual' tab
- Change 'Display units' to 'None'
