Scorecard - Users Unable to View
I created a scorecard in My Workspace and shared it with my team. They were all able to view it. I then made a copy of this and published it in the app that is available for all our Power BI users. Everything else in this app can be viewed. But the scorecard generates a blank screen with a message to get started tracking metrics.
I have a premium license, while all our users have a pro license. But it doesn't make sense that they can view the original scorecard but not the copy I created for general distribution.
it likely could be possible there are issue with underlying metrics
Also would suggest to publish it in a group workspace backed by premium rather My workspace and then share with others
