Scorecard Submetric Connect - report slicers not working

Scorecard Submetric - When tried to connect to a report using "Connect to data" the slicers are not expanding. It used to work before, is this existing issue or anything need to be updated. Please find the attached screenshots.

 

Steps:

1) Connect to data

2) Select report or app

3) Fiters are not working(static, not expanding)

Hi @SD25 ,

 

One way to work around the issue for now is to use the keyboard shortcuts to navigate the drop down.  If you press down after selecting the drop down, you can iterate through the list and see what is selected based upon the tooltip.

Hi @SD25 ,

 

I checked the Product status dashboard and there is no problem currently. does Scorecard still work or is it just the slicer that is unavailable? Try clearing your browser cache or recreating the slicer.

Scorecard still works but when i try to connect to data and select a report, filters dosen't work
Tried clearing browser cache and recreating the slicers didn't work, is there any different approach? I see this issue for all new goals

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.
