School admission

Could we use any of Microsoft products for online school admission, something like an online form which sends a copy of the student application to my account and a serial number for this application in a SMS to the parent mobile to follow the status of the application (selected or not) as feedback from me, is there any way to do that with Microsoft Forms and any of Microsoft Automation products ?

Hi @Nader_HAL I would recommend looking at Power Apps and Power Automate. We do something similar with new employee onboarding and it works very well.
