Scheduled refresh paused after two month of inactivity

Dear All,

Microsoft let users know the following:

Question is: I have an embedded report on a website. Does the daily checking of the embedded report count as activity so the scheduled refresh doesn't actually pause?

The inactivity is when no user has opened or interacted with the report.
