Scheduled refresh has been disabled

Hi I have tried to search for a solution but cannot , i have a report that uses SQL commands to source data from SQL server, Credentials set in desktop is Windows and it works perfectly.

once published i get the following in the data/settings

and when i go to check/update credentials

when i open up credential update window , no matter what i select it doesnt update. Have been struggling with this issue, please assist, thanks

Hi @daverock69 ,

 

I tried to reproduce the issue locally, after publishing the file to Power BI service, please try to Edit credentials to set the privacy level.

The privacy level in Service and Desktop should be consistent. I can refresh normally after setting. The specific process can be seen in my screenshot.

If the above doesn't work, please try deleting the failed data source in the data source settings and adding it again.

Thanks for that, i had read this earlier and have already done this bit in matching privacy levels, still does not work.
