Scheduled refresh has been disabled

Hi Team,

Facing issue with scheduled refresh of two reports one using direct query and another is redcat source using ODBC. I have enabled scheduled refresh for these two report and after some scheduled refresh, it automatically gets disabled.

What might be the possible reasons?

Both reports are in same premium worksapce and I have other reports as well in that workspace which are connected to data via live connection to SSAS cube.

  • Hi. I think there is like a rule that if the refresh fails 5 times it will be disabled automatically. You should get your email on fail notifications in order to solve the problem before the fifth fail to mantain it running. Otherwise it will stop untill you fix it.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Tejasvi_munge ,

I'm guessing if there was something happened to the database on every satuarday morning. You may contact the database admin to confirm that?

    Best Regards,

    Jay
