Scheduled refresh failing

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with certain datasets in the service not refreshing. Last week it was 1 set, now it's 3 datasets.

But I don't get why it's failing.

In the service it says not all sources or gateways are reachable:

I see green check boxes at the sources.

When checking the gateway in the service, it's fine. Same when checking the connections, they're fine and reachable.

To be sure I updated the on-gateway on the server, it was working before (july version) now the august version is installed and running but still the same issues.

The refresh states something about expired tokens (see below). I have also deleted and republised the reports & datasets but still no succes.

Can someone point me in the right direct?

FYI, problem is resolved.

I was using data from other datasets and refreshing those via a dataflow connection linked to the gateway.

That specifix connection for dataflows seems to have some kind of timeout on the "token" (probably 1 year).

After recreating the connection in the gateway admin area it seems the token is refreshed and the connection status is live.
