Scheduled refresh failing due to missing gateway

I have an SQL Server database feeding into a powerBI report. I publish it to powerbi.com and it works fine. However when I attempt to refresh it on PowerBI.com it fails. I also get the same failure when I try to schedule a refresh. 

I have the newest version of the on prem gateway (personal) installed and seemingly online. 

Any suggestions?

Hi @dan2036 

What is the connection mode you connect to SQL Server DB ? Import or Direct Query ? If you use DQ connection mode , you cannot use personal gateway ,because personal gateway only supports Import connection mode .
