Scheduled refresh and performance optimization Unavailable now

I was really excited to see this new feature but now I do find this feature Under Schedule Refresh. Where can I find it  and enable it

    Can you put the link to where you found this information? I cannot see it anywhere in the power BI Service?

      I found it in the workspace when I was scheduling the refresh
