Scheduled Subscription Daylight Savings Time Bug

After some back and forth with MS Support, I have confirmed that, contrary to initial appearance, if you want purely UTC time, you need expressly select the "Coordinated Universal Time" timezone option. While the other "(UTC)" don't visually indicate it, they do fluctuate according to the indicated region's daylight saving time changes.
