Scheduled Refresh Page
Hello, Since September 13th, I am no longer able to access the page to schedule data update. When I click on the icon, nothing happens. What could have happened?
The problem seems to have resolved itself for us as of 30 min ago (10:45 EDT).
(Immediately after we submitted a support ticket)
Update - our sysadmin removed and re-added me to one workspace, and I was able to get to schedule refresh page in all workspaces.
I am sysadmin, and I can't acess scheduled refresh page.
Did you try removing yourself and then re-adding yourself to the workspace?
