Scheduled Refresh Failing

Hi,

I'm hoping somebody can help me understand this error message.

The dataset refreshes fine in Power Bi Desktop, but fails during  my daily scheduled refresh.

This has been happening for over a week, I'm unable to find any help elsewhere and don't know where to try next.

is is your gateway software up to date?

and on a whim, if you its possible to do, have you tried deleting and republishing?

if you manually refresh in the service do you get the same error?

Thanks for the quick reply Vanessafvg,

I don't have control of the gateway, but I will ask.

I will delete & republish on Monday.

I get the same error with a Manual Refresh
