Scheduled/Manual refresh error - working fine on Desktop Refresh

Can anyone help me understand what's causing this error message that happens when refreshing (manually or scheduled) in the online service on Premium? This is working fine on desktop refreshes. I can...

    v-xicai Apologies for not coming back to you. I followed your instructions, but changed nothing as everything was correctly set and still failed. However, a few days after raising this, the problems went away and refreshes worked correctly, so I believe this may have been a problem that Microsoft resolved on the service.
