Schedule refresh for Sharepoint excel file is failing

Hi ,

I am getting data from a sharepoint excel file.For schedule refresh I add this file data source to gateway.but now schedule refresh is failing

The error indicates that the credentials (username and password) are not valid (they do not have permission to the SharePoint Excel File)

Hi @nj17 

Chat to your Power BI Admin and ask him to check the credentials. Also ask them to NOT enable the tick box to skip verification!
