Schedule refresh failure due to onpremisis data gateway configuration issue

We have already reinstalled the Data Gateway and configured it with org Account. Then the Gateway was visible and active in the BI portal. and we were able to configure the gateway and schedule a refresh but after everythng is done we are getting a error as per the attachment .plz chk and let me know if anyone can help.

There is an error message in the picture that says 'Please install Npgsql version 4.0.10.0 or earlier'.
