Schedule refresh Failed Error

Since 2 days I am facing this issue. Some of the refreshes are completing successfully while in few that are having this below error-

My data source is third party custom conenector which I then use it in my personal gateway to set this schedule refresh.

The thiird party connector is slow so the refresh takes around 1 and half hours but earlier even after the timeutit used to complete

the refresh but today at every refresh it showed this failed error is not refreshing at all.

It shows the above  error after 2 hours of refreshing.

Please refer to the following steps to see if it helps you.

First, you can install your personal gateway.

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/gateway/

After installation, you can setup the gateway by login to your account. 

Opened the gateway on the system. Clicked on Restart. Kept the gateway opened without closing the window. Refreshed the data, it worked.

With a standard Pro licence, refreshes will time out if they do not complete within two hours. That is what is happening here. Your options are;

To reduce the amount of data in the refresh, which may take less time, or..

Speed up the data connector or data server.

You may also get a small speed increase by using a dedicated gateway rather than a personal gateway.

On other option is to upgrade to a PPU licence which may give a faster refresh time, but you should probably optimise your data, gateway and data server first.

@Burningsuit  my Data is not even much . It is just from July 2021.

What the process of speeding up data connector or data server ?

I tried setting up standard gateway but the third part connector doesn't allow to do that.

What is the option I can have?
