Hello,
We have a problem with scheduled refreshing of reports on our Power BI Workspaces.
This is the error we get:
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"<ccon>We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation.</ccon>"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: KLASEK.
And again for another:
{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"<ccon>We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation.</ccon>"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: DNMAT.
When I go and manually select (today I need to click a few times and then it was ok) the report and I cleck refresh it works, but automaticly scheduling it just keeps on sending me this errors.
Any Ideas?
It has been now more then 6 months and the problem is still not solved. Bad support I would say 😓
What kind of data extension are you loading?
A partner of mine has the same problem using Access Database (.accdb).
I'm guessing that your on-premise PowerBI have the tool to read accdb, but the Online Powerbi haven't.
Also having same problem
