did you try it one or two days later? May be there was a bug in the service to this time. Otherwise I would advice you to open a tiket at microsoft. If you are a pro user this is for free https://powerbi.microsoft.com/de-de/support/

Having the same issue, oddly enough trying to submit an issue just takes you back here to post an idea.
Your link (although, en-us) -> Report an issue loops back to, https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues which when you go to post an idea or issue brings up this post.
Yeh same here I'm struggling to actually raise a proper support ticket.
