From the error it is indicating that the PostGreSQL is looking for and expecting the connection to be encrypted maybe you need to add it back in?
Thanks GilberQ. I have added it back in and the error still persist. What could be wrong? Could it be that the connection requires an ssl?
pls, were you able to solve the error, I am encountering the same error too. And I am stuck
